Éric Tardif makes use of a sophisticated form of steam-bending to express his passion for birds in the Canadian wilderness - geese, herons and swans. Employing exclusively North American woods, black walnut, red elm and Canadian maple, he slowly steam-bends millimeter-thin blades of wood into graceful, dynamic shapes.
